AgroBlend is a company operating in the production industry, specializing in flour, pasta, and other related products. In 2022, AgroBlend became our client. Upon agreeing on a contract and conducting a site survey, we discovered that AgroBlend’s network was highly basic, solely allowing devices to connect without considering security or scalability.

• Physical Infrastructure Overhaul: Partnered with an electrical company to rewire all LAN cables from scratch. Centralized all connections into one primary rack and secondary racks in warehouses within the main building.
• Rack Configuration and Network Organization: Configured racks and labeled LAN cables for easier management. Redesigned their network by creating VLANs for each department, enhancing security and efficiency.
• Domain Controller Implementation: Set up a Domain Controller to manage all PCs and servers. Reformatted and joined all PCs to the domain for centralized security and permissions control.
• VPN Connectivity: Established VPN connections for all warehouses located in other cities. Applied uniform policies across all locations ensuring consistent access control.
• Data Backup and Security: Implemented a structured backup plan (daily, weekly, monthly) and installed antivirus software across all devices.
• 24/7 Support: Provided continuous support for all AgroBlend locations in Albania, ensuring seamless operations and quick issue resolution.
