We are hiring a help desk technician for our Durrës office and a remote sales representative to bring in new clients across Europe.

Information technology help desk technician

You handle calls and tickets from our clients' staff, fix what you can on the spot and pass the rest to an engineer.

What you will do

  • Answer tickets and calls about laptops, printers, email and Wi-Fi.
  • Log what you did on each ticket so anyone can pick it up after you.
  • Set up new laptops and phones, and create Microsoft 365 accounts for new staff.

International sales representative

You find companies across Europe that need an IT partner and take them from the first call to a signed contract. You work remotely, in English, and travel to meet clients.

What you will do

  • Sell every Techi service: IT support, infrastructure, information security, IT advisory and IT Plus.
  • Meet clients in person, and bring in one of our engineers when a deal needs a technical scope.
  • Prepare offers with the team, follow up until the client signs, and keep every lead up to date in our CRM.
