A clothing brand opening stores across Albania.

Sinsay is a clothing brand that is opening stores across Albania. Since 2025, Techi has been its IT partner in the country, under a contract to set up the IT in every new store and to maintain it.

Challenge

Every store has an opening date, and the IT has to be ready before it.

A new store cannot sell without a working network, POS and printers, so all of it has to be installed and configured before the doors open.

With new stores opening one after another, every store has to be set up the same way, and someone has to look after the IT once it is running.

    We install the rack, switch and router in every store and configure the network.

    Wi-Fi

    We install the Wi-Fi access points and set them up for the store.

    POS & Printers

    We connect and configure the POS systems and printers, so the store can sell from day one.

    Maintenance

    Once the store is open, we maintain its IT under our contract with Sinsay.
