What does IT Infrastructure include?
Everything that keeps your office connected: network, Wi-Fi, firewall and cabling, plus servers, cloud and backups. We also document, monitor and maintain it all.
Can Techi plan the IT for a new office?
Yes. Before opening day we plan the network, cabling, Wi-Fi and security. We also plan a backup internet line, device setup and when to move your data.
Do you work with both cloud and in-office servers?
Yes. We work with cloud, servers in your office, or a mix of both. That covers user accounts, shared files, backups and team tools.
Can you improve an existing network?
Yes. We check how it is built today and find what slows it down or puts it at risk. Then we improve the Wi-Fi, firewall settings, network separation and monitoring.
Do you give us documentation when the work is done?
Yes. Documentation is part of the handover, so future support, upgrades and work with suppliers are easier.
