How We Set Up the IT of a New Store in One Day

Since 2025 Techi has set up the IT in 20 Sinsay stores in Albania, each in a single day. Here is what goes into every store and why one day is enough.

One Day, Every Time

Sinsay, the clothing brand, is opening stores across Albania. Since 2025 Techi has been its IT partner in the country: we set up the IT in every new store and maintain it after the doors open.

So far that is 20 stores, and the IT in each one was installed and configured in a single day.

What Goes Into Every Store

Every store gets the same six things:

A rack that holds the network equipment in one tidy place. A switch that connects every device in the store. A router that links the store to the internet. Wi-Fi for the devices that move around the floor. POS systems, the tills where customers pay. Printers for receipts.

Then everything is configured, so the network, the tills and the printers work together from the first sale.

Why One Day Is Enough

The secret is that nothing is invented on site. Every Sinsay store uses the same equipment and the same configuration, so the work is the same each time, and the engineers already know every step.

A standard also means fewer surprises: when every store is built the same way, a problem found in one store is already solved for the next.

After the Doors Open

Opening day is only the start. Under our contract with Sinsay we maintain the IT in every store, and because they are all built the same way, any of our engineers can help any store.

Opening New Locations?

If you open stores, restaurants or offices often, write down one setup and use it every time: the same equipment, the same configuration, the same checks before opening. It saves days on every opening and makes support simpler for years.
