Six Brands, Three Countries
Revo Hospitality Group runs brands such as SALT, LIFT Steak & Rooftop Bar, OPA Greek Street Food, ZOI in Paros, Vesper and Le District: 14 restaurants in Albania, Kosovo and Greece. Techi has been its IT partner since 2025.
Every one of those restaurants depends on its network for orders, payments and service.
Why Every Restaurant Was Different
The restaurants opened at different times and in different countries, so each one had its own network and its own settings. That is normal for a growing group, but it makes every problem slower to find and every new opening harder to plan.
One Standard on MikroTik
We moved the network of every restaurant to MikroTik and rebuilt it to one standard. Each location is now set up and managed the same way, so an engineer who knows one restaurant knows them all.
It is a platform we know in depth: our engineers hold all ten MikroTik certifications.
Watched 24/7, with AI Alongside
Everything is managed and monitored around the clock. In parallel, AI analyses the monitoring data, which helps us spot problems and patterns early.
One Domain Controller and GDPR
We added a domain controller for the whole group. Users and devices in every location are managed from one place, so a new employee gets access in one step and a departing one loses it in one step.
We also put GDPR policies in place across the group, so it is clear how personal data is handled in every restaurant.
Lessons for Any Restaurant Group
Pick one network standard and use it in every location. Monitor everything from one place. Manage users centrally, so access follows people, not passwords on paper. And write down your GDPR rules before an auditor asks for them.
